This project grew from my frustration of not being able to find an affordable scented candle that wasn't made from soy. All the cheap scented candles were made from seed oils, paraffin, or soy and all the beeswax ones were upwards of $35-45! I want to sell my candles for an AFFORDABLE price and give you a quality product.

I fell in love with this candle making hobby and quickly realized my passion for health and candles. My candles are made from 100% beeswax and I ONLY use natural oils for the scents; NO artificial additives, NO seed oils, NO paraffin, and NO SOY.

The candles smell amazing and I put a lot of hard work crafting the scents for each batch. We are a Minnesota based company that specializes in Nordic and Christian based scents. I make scents like Northwoods, Sauna, and Spa which have a nostalgic Minnesota feel, as well as new scents that I’m always working on. I also make Christian-based scents like St Maria Goretti and Cathedral that people can connect to spiritually.

Why no Soy?
Soy, when consumed has phytoestrogens which can act like estrogen and when consumed too much can cause negative health effects. When burned, it’s an endocrine disruptor which can throw of your hormones, causing effects like: weight gain, mood swings, and depression. Not exactly something you want to be burning in your home.

Why no Paraffin?
Paraffin is a petroleum byproduct that acts as a carcinogen when burned. Carcinogens, when inhaled can cause cancer and organ damage. Unless you’re burning them outside, it’s not something I’d recommend burning in your home.

Why no Seed Oils?
Seed oils when consumed can cause organ inflamation which leads to weight gain. While this isn’t a risk for candles, I still don’t want to use them.

Why no Artificial Additives?
There’s no way to know what is being put into artificial fragrances, and burning them could risk your health, so I don’t use them.

Why Beeswax?
Because it’s natural! Beeswax is edible, burnable, burns slower so you get a longer lasting candle, and is completely renewable. Did you know it also purifies your air? When you burn a beeswax candle, positively charged ions bind with negatively charge particles in the air.

I also made a commitment to  donate 10% of the sales to pro-life organizations. I am dedicated to using these candles to help protect those that cannot protect themselves.
